GENERAL CONDITIONS

1) Location
The lease ended in the name and on behalf of the owner of the property at the prices indicated in the tariff Biriola HOLIDAY Matthew Di Carlo - Cala Gonone (Nuoro) - Italy. These prices were determined based on market conditions at time of printing of the tariff Biriola HOLIDAY.
The leases are concluded by Biriola HOLIDAY in the name and on behalf of the owner at the prices indicated in the list. These are mostly private homes different from each other and it is virtually impossible to have a general standard and inflexible identical from one house to another, and describe them all fully. 2) Reservations.
Reservations are considered valid only upon receipt by HOLIDAY Biriola of the advance and the contract signed by the tenant. Contracts are personal and not transferable to third parties without the prior permission of the agency.

3) Payments.
With the reservation of the property must be received by the deposit of 30%. Contracted following the confirmation of booking, the balance must be received 30 days before the start date of stay. For reservations made 30 days before that date must reach the full amount. Who will leave as such terms without making the payments will be considered defeatist and in fact authorize to cancel the booking. Leases are included in the price of the costs of water, electricity and gas. On arrival, guests will pay the deposit, air conditioning or heating when required, and any extras provided.

4) Minimum time of rent-price
The minimum rental period is generally one week, from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise specified in the description of the property). The landlord may require payment of an additional cost (paid locally) if you accept a booking of one week (if not normally authorized). The rental prices are per accommodation and per week and are divided according to seasonality in this catalog.
Some units are rented for short periods (3-5 nights) in specific seasons (day of arrival and departure by arrangement).

5) Security deposit.

6) Number of persons.

7) ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Unless otherwise specified in the description of the property, arrival / departure is on Saturday at the following times:

9) Equipment.

11) Cancellations, changes, and recesses.

12) Complaints.

13) LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any dispute arising from the booking and the rental, the place of jurisdiction is Nuoro. The applicable law is Italian. Signing the booking form and the reservation implies knowledge of the General Conditions of Biriola HOLIDAY and result in their acceptance without reservations or exceptions. If certain conditions of this contract be or become invalid or if in this contract there should be a gap, the validity of the remaining conditions can not be called into question.

14) DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. 13, Legislative Decree 196/03
